This was on of the most daunting projects I have took on so far. This pair of massive custom designed and built barn doors really pushed my limits on creativity, tools and shop space. Each on ended up being almost 5 1/2 feet wide and almost 7 feet tall when finished. They were built using 1x8 tongue and groove yellow pine boards and later painted by the customer. I could not be happier how they turned out.
